How it works

The Reiki session is 1 hour. You don’t have to do anything except lie down or rest and have water with you.

I connect to your energy field and give you a full body Reiki treatment. I focus on Energy Clearing & Energy Boost which means clearing out old energy from your body and energy field & bringing in new high vibrational energy & Angel, Archangel, Ascended Masters energy.

First I go through the chakras and then through the whole body from top to bottom, first front, then back.

And in the process I feel where there are energies that need to be pulled out. I am always being told to do that by the Angels. And then I literally pull them out. Interestingly enough, the clients often parallel to me working on them have visions of what I am doing.

I work through the whole energy field and get a lot of information about processes that are going on in the body and energy field and what might be necessary, what you might need. For example, with one client I received information about a magnesium deficiency. With another I received information about the body needing certain movements to heal from childhood restrictions.

And at the end, as always with Reiki, I smooth out the energy field. After the session I send you an email with the information I received. Usually, that’s a rather long email and a lot of information.
