Instruction of Withdrawal

Only consumers have a Right of Withdrawal.

Consumer is every natural person that completes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial and their self-employed professional career.

Products/Services for which the Right of withdrawal is applicable /not applicable

You do not have a Right of Withdrawal when you buy Healing Sessions, because they are specifically made for you for each individual appointment.

You do have a Right of Withdrawal when you buy an online course.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to declare the withdrawal of this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is two weeks from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us (Mrs. Antje Roggemann, Franz-Knauff-Str. 26, 69115 Heidelberg, phone number: 0049-177-7421190 , e-mail-address: antje@roggemann.net) by means of an explicit declaration (i.e. a letter sent via post or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do that you can use the standard withdrawal form here which is not mandatory. For keeping the withdrawal period it is sufficient to send the declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments that you have made including the delivery costs (with exception of additional costs that arise from the fact that you have chosen a different way of delivery than the low priced standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the notice about your withdrawal from the contract has been received by us. For this refund we use the same payment method that you have used for the original transaction unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you; by no means fees will be charged for this refund. In case you have asked that the services should start during the withdrawal period, you have to pay us an appropriate amount that correlates to the percentage of the services that have been provided already by the time that you notify us about the exercise of the right of withdrawal in comparison with the combined total of services required by the contract.
